Marc Groenewoud, who over the past 2.5 years has developed PAKi Logistics into the European market leader for load carrier management in open pooling, will leave the company on February 15th 2024, to join a German wholesaler as chairman of the board.
The position of CEO will be filled as of April 1st. Until then, PAKi Logistics will be under the strategic management of Ingrid Faber, CEO of the Faber Group, and the operational responsibility of Sven Kokemor, CFO of PAKi Logistics.
The transition has been planned well in advance and in close consultation between Marc Groenewoud and the Faber Group. This ensures a seamless management succession and the continuous development of the company.
Marc Groenewoud comments: "Over the past 2.5 years I have achieved a lot at PAKi together with great colleagues. In particular, we have been able to make significant progress in the areas of sustainability and digitalisation, so that today we can call ourselves the most sustainable and most effective open pooling service provider all over Europe. The collaboration within the Faber Group has always been excellent and the close cooperation has been crucial to our success. So it is with some sadness that I will be leaving, but at the same time I know that PAKi Logistics will be in good hands".
Ingrid Faber: "We would like to thank Marc for his outstanding work and tireless commitment to the company and its employees. We wish him all the best for the next step in his career, but are also pleased to have found a good successor".
As of April 1st, the position as CEO will be held by Annegret Kramer-Münch.
She is an experienced executive and general manager in the field of sales and marketing. In the past she has already worked for well-known FMCG companies such as Nestlé, Mars and Schwarzkopf & Henkel. At her last position she worked as VP Commercial for the reverse vending machine company Tomra Systems GmbH.
Throughout her career Annegret has navigated the German and Austrian retail, discounter and drugstore landscape and is well-versed in supply chain processes and business strategy. We have gotten to know Annegret as open, curious and transparent with an empowering management style.
Annegret Kramer-Münch about her new role as CEO of PAKi Logistics: “I am looking forward with huge excitement to this opportunity. With the great team at PAKi and my experience we will achieve fantastic successes as we have solid growth plans for the future.”
Ingrid Faber: “I am sure that Annegret is the right person at the right time to lead PAKi Logistics to be even better and more sustainable than it ever was. Annegret brings a great package of knowledge and entrepreneurship to develop PAKi into a new future.”
