Faber Group recognized with 2024 Ecovadis Platinum rating
30 September 2024For the fourth consecutive time, Faber Group has been recognized with the Platinum Ecovadis rating. With this score the circular load carrier pooling provider belongs to the top 1% tier of companies within the logistics industry.
Ingrid Faber, CEO of Faber Group: “I’m proud to see that the effort we constantly put in further enhancing our sustainability performance is being recognized for the fourth year in a row now with the Ecovadis Platinum rating. This achievement is the result of the collective actions which our colleagues in our IPP, PRS, PAKi, vPOOL and SATIM divisions undertake to further reduce the footprint of our circular load carrier pooling business.
The nature of our business is in itself already very sustainable and supports our customers in reducing their footprint by using reusable load carriers -such as pallets and boxes- on a pay-per use base. With the Faber Development Goals we’ve set in 2022 we keep challenging ourselves to keep reducing the footprint in our own logistics and optimize the usage lifespan of our load carriers. Not just by ourselves, but together with all our partners within the supply chain.
Being part of the top 1% tier of Ecovadis Platinum proves that we are able to keep delivering on that challenge – it underlines that sustainability is at the core of our business and in the hearts of our people.”

This quantifies the footprint of the entire lifespan of the load carriers, which includes production, usage phase and end-of-life.
