As of January 2025, Alexander Visser will join Faber Group as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), succeeding Stan Peeters who will take up a new position as Chief Operational Officer.

With more than 20 years of experience in financial leadership positions, Alexander has a proven track record of driving revenue growth, optimising financial performance and increasing shareholder value on a global scale. His career includes key roles at companies such as Signify and Royal Philips.

Alexander's diverse background spans industrial, commercial and corporate environments. Most recently, he was Global Head of Procurement at Philips, where he transformed the function through end-to-end digitalisation and operational optimisation, delivering significant value.

Stan Peeters, currently CFO of Faber Group, will continue his journey on the Faber Group Board as Chief Operational Officer. This is a new role in which Stan will lead the execution of our business strategy.

Stan joined Faber Group as CFO in 2017 and since then, together with CEO Ingrid Faber, has led the development and growth of Faber Group, including a number of acquisitions and the foundation of our digital transformation. Stan has previously held a number of financial roles in organisations such as VPS, Van Gansewinkel, Philips and DSM.

The extensive knowledge, experience and network of both Alexander and Stan will be of great benefit to the further development of Faber Group and the realisation of its organisational, sustainability and business ambitions.
